Passed the CPA exam in 2008; registered as a CPA in 2011; passed the U.S. CPA exam in 2015; registered as a licensed tax accountant in 2022; and has been a certified public accountant for over 20 years. From 2007 to 2017, he mainly practiced accounting and auditing for major Japanese listed companies and New York Stock Exchange listed companies. During those three years, from 2012 to 2015, he was seconded to the main accounting department of a major chemical company. Experienced in accounting and finance operations of listed companies. From 2017 to 2019, he was seconded to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Engaged in policy planning and drafting work, including legal and tax reform requests, mainly in the areas of business restructuring, business reorganization, and venture startups. From 2019 to 2022, he was engaged in supporting IPOs of startups before becoming independent and supporting web3 startups.
