Since her admission to the bar, Chisako Fujii has taken on a wide range of civil and domestic cases for ordinary citizens. She has exceled in tenacious negotiations in these cases and used her legal knowledge to resolve disputes.
She also has extensive experience in criminal and juvenile cases, including cases which her clients commit serious crimes such as murder and cases which her clients claim innocence. She has successfully gotten her clients released from police detention, released on bail, and not to be prosecuted on multiple occasions. She is also experienced in arguing cases at the appellate instance and final appeal of both civil and criminal litigations.
During her years in college and law school, Ms. Fujii did volunteer work to support juvenile delinquents, and as a legal practitioner she is involved in the support of reintegration into society. Based upon these experiences, she always listens to her clients calmly and carefully, and does her best to address their concerns and requests in finding legal solutions and preparing arguments for legal proceedings for them.
Ms. Fujii is also very keen on taking care of younger generations. She is a lecturer of elementary law for students from elementary school to high school and is active in the prevention of bullying behavior in class and at school. She believes in the importance of just being there for children so that they can talk to someone whenever they need to and she is engaged in social networking consultation services for younger generations.
