Yoshiyuki Murakata was admitted to the bar in 2008. He is an attorney with diverse experience in all aspects of legal affairs for small and medium-sized companies. He provides legal services from the perspective of management, including financing and profitability, based on his experience working at a major Japanese financial institution. He provides investment assistance to venture companies, start-up support, and new business support, including continuous consultations on business models and new business launches.
