In particular, he has a wealth of experience in contract drafting and negotiations. Through providing advisory and legal services to joint venture projects, M&A and other projects, he has achieved a track record of handling several thousand contract documents.

He leverages his experience and know-hows acquired through his practice to provide legal services that meet the needs of a wide range of clients. His clients consist of businesses of varying scales and diverse industries. In addition, he has been taking a lead role in numerous project finance and real estate liquidation projects including important domestic projects.
