He has been a registered attorney since 2008 and has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts and other legal matters, including M &A, fund formation, joint venture projects, and other corporate legal matters. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts, and has handled more than several thousand contractual documents through his advisory work and other small and large projects such as M&A and real estate securitization. In recent years, he has been actively involved in social contribution activities under the theme of “regional development” while serving as a PR ambassador for his hometown Yamanashi Prefecture (Yamanashi Ambassador), and has established his own new company to promote business succession and M&A projects specializing in solving regional succession issues together with local sponsors and other cooperating companies and businesses.
