Daisuke Takeuchi was admitted to the Japan Bar in 2019.
With his overseas experience, including spending about 4 years of his elementary school years at a local school in England (London) and about 6 months in Canada (Toronto) after passing the bar exam, he focuses on providing general legal services to foreigners, both corporate and general civil legal services.
He also focuses on building international networking through participation in the annual convention of the International Bar Association.
Recently, he has been focusing on providing legal services to individuals and business owners regarding “end-of-life” matters (wills, post-death powers of attorney, voluntary guardianship, and business succession), and has experience in several seminars.
He has also been at the forefront of the legal practice education programs offered by the Firm to universities and law schools, focusing on training junior associates, and since April 2022, he has also served as a research associate at Waseda University’s Center for Professional Legal Education and Research.

Message

Conscious of being an attorney who can communicate smoothly, my motto is “a handy attorney who can be a patent attorney.”
In addition, I also focus on providing legal services in English based on my overseas experience in England and Canada.
