Legal consultation
JPY 5,000 per 30 minutes (not inclusive of consumption tax)Please take note that hourly fee will be applicable for corporations.
Civil case
1) Retainer Fee: A percentage based on the economic benefits of the case; and

2) Contingent Fee: A percentage based on the economic benefits awarded as a result of legal administrative services provided at the end of the case.

Minimum retainer fee is JPY 200,000 (not inclusive of consumption tax).
In addition, depending on the nature and complexity of the case, additional charges may be applicable (for example, if a case is extremely complicated, or if a case is expected to involve an extremely large amount of preparation and handling).
Divorce case
The retainer fee and contingent fee for divorce negotiation, divorce settlement and divorce proceedings are as follows:
1) Retainer Fee: Between JPY 300,000 to JPY 500,000; and
2) Contingent Fee: Between JPY 300,000 to JPY 500,000
If economic benefits are awarded, the fee structure of a civil case will be applicable.
Hourly Fee (Time charge)
Hourly fee for the handling of cases is at a minimum rate of JPY 30,000 per hour (not inclusive of consumption tax).
Advisory Fee
In principle, advisory fee is at a minimum rate of JPY 50,000 per month (not inclusive of consumption tax), actual fee to be determined through discussion.
